Shipping Information

Shipping Information 

We offer free standard USPS shipping on in stock items for US domestic orders over $49 and .99 cent shipping on manga and movies that we carry, but may not currently have in our warehouse.

We normally have your order shipping within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. Once your order is processed delivery time will vary depending shipping method selected. Typically, this can be 10-14 business days. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order ships. 

Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks to receive items that we do not currently have in stock as they take time to ship from our warehouse.  

Pre-order items are charged in full including shipping at the time the order is placed and are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that manufacturers can change pre-order dates at any time without notification. If you would like to inquire about a pre-order please contact us at: customercare@alpineanime.com

Please note that if you are using a PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses all shipments will be sent via U.S. Priority Mail. 

Local sales tax will apply to Colorado residents. 

Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Alpine emporium, Inc (dba Alpine Anime). can't anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or branch office of the U.S. postal service, to find out what kinds of fees you can expect and how delivery is handled. All of our items are shipped with tracking numbers. Please be sure to reference the tracking link or postal service if you have questions about where your package is in the delivery process. 

Residents outside of Colorado are responsible for all taxes, customs, and other fees. Please check with your local government office if you have any questions about taxes, customs or other fees.

If you receive defective merchandise, please email customercare@alpineemporium.com for return instructions. Please note that packages damaged in transit by UPS, USPS, or other carrier(s) or products that have damaged packaging, but do not have any visible damage to the product itself are not considered defective. Please contact the postal carrier directly: 

For UPS Packages: You will need to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the incident. 

For US Postal Service (USPS): Please contact their Customer Care Team at 1 (800) 275-8777.

We cannot accept any product back without an RMA (RMAs expire in 30 days!). If you’re still unsure about what to do, please contact us! For any other concerns, please contact us via email at customercare@alpineemporium.com 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes APO, and FPO address?

We are happy ship to these addresses via USPS Priority mail.

When will my order ship? 

All in stock items will be shipped the next business day. For items not in stock, we will send out a second shipment once we receive all of the remaining items. Pre-order items will be charged in full at the time of the order. We will ship pre-order items as soon as we receive the item. Please note that manufacturers or customs can delay release or import of pre-order items without notice. 

What should I know when placing an international order?

Please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Alpine Emporium, Inc.(DBA Alpine Anime) can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Alpine Anime has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order or may not allow specific merchandise in your order. When ordering from Alpine Anime you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). Please note we have no control over the items(s) once they are shipped and that someone may need to be present at the delivery location. If you are ordering an item as a gift, you may want to have the order sent to you directly. You should contact your local Customs office for further information. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
